This is my Fiero Gt 3800 Gm Intercooled Supercharged build with complete information on how it was done and all the parts needed to swap a Gm 3.8 liter Supercharged engine into a Pontiac Fiero GT with an Intercooler. This includes the good the bad the ugly and people who to stay away from while buying special parts including but not limited to engine mounts and brackets, transmission shift brackets, wiring harness, and Ac lines.

For my Exhaust setup for my Fiero 3800 swap. I went with what I believe most people who have done this swap does.
I used Zzp power Logs which as you can see in the photo below I had them Ceramic coated.
After I had them powder coated black and went to put them on because I wanted to use the stock heat sheild that goes over the crossover pipe connection I had to cut the Egr pipe.off in order to use that heat sheild.
spintech part# 334sc muffler. I bought (2) 2 1/2" 90's along with (2) 2 1/2 x 2 x 4" outlet exhaust tips. I also had to buy a 12inch x 2.5" peice so I could extend the driver's side out to fit into the factory Fiero's bumper cutouts. I used the stock V6 Fiero exhaust brackets that are bolted to the rear of the Fiero engine cradle along with these hangers.
Got my Coil packs today. I used a coil mount from a non Supercharged 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GT 3800 this works perfectly to mount the coils close to the left trunk side of the Fiero and will allow me to use stock 3800 length spark plug wires which I have chosen to use the zzp 10.5 wires. I did have to buy some longer 10/32 x 1 1/2 mounting screws to attach the coils to the brackets as my stock Ines were not long enough.
I searched high and low to find a low Mile 3800 Supercharged engine and transmission for my swap. I finally found one in Houston Texas. Cost me a bit more than I would have liked but it was one of the only ones I could find with low miles at just over 50k miles. It was in a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. At the time I did not get very good information as to what all was needed for the swap other than engine trans wiring harness computer and axles. Now I know better that I didn't need the wiring and computer from that car since it is a drive by wire in 04 and my Fiero is drive by cable so in order to make it work in my Fiero I need a 1997-2003 wiring harness and pcm. Would have been nice to know this before I bought the wrong stuff. Hopefully I can sell the 04 wiring harness and pcm and get some of my money back.
